Refund and Cancellation Policy
Alera Med Spa understands that there may be times when you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
We take great pride in our services, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at Alera Med Spa. However, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed services or treatments. If you are not satisfied with your service or treatment, please let us know immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
If you purchase a service package or series, please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for unused or partially used services. However, if you have a medical condition that prevents you from using the remaining services in your package or series, we may offer a partial store credit or refund at our discretion.
In the event that we are unable to provide the service or treatment you scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment at a convenient time. If we are unable to reschedule your appointment, we will issue a full refund for the service or treatment.
In the event that a product you purchased from us is defective, we will gladly exchange the product for the same item or issue a store credit.

This refund and cancellation policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
